Trusses in Place

We have most of our trusses in place, now we need to get a roof on this place!

Here's what our house looks like now.
Do you see those flat places on the very top of the trusses?
Those still need the peeks put on, but the builders are doing that as they get to the top so they have something to climb on.

Just in case you haven't noticed, this house has a lot of different roof lines.

I am going to need a lot of Christmas lights!

This is part of our back porch.

Hopefully there will be some shingles up there next week.

Lucite

I am very intrigued by Lucite chairs.

They are so sleek and sophisticated, yet playful.

Of course, I wouldn't want my whole house or even a whole room decorated in Lucite, just an occasional piece here and there.

Let's Go Take A Dip

I think the heat is getting to me!!

It has been in the upper 90s the past couple of days and guess what.
My air conditioner broke down on me! 

I think any of these pools would work.

Just looking at these puts me in a much better mood.

Outdoor Lighting

I have been checking out some outdoor lighting online lately.

I think that either one of these would work nicely. 

One of these lights costs $160.00 less than the other one.

 Can you tell which one??
